• Style: An elegant and charming country house. The walls are adorned with period style decor and the furniture is a subtle blend of antique and more modern design. Ivy Grange has a very handsome feel from the moment you arrive.
• Bedrooms:Choose from 6 well appointed bedrooms, the master king sized bedroom with an en suite roll top bath, with further two king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower and bath and one with a separate bath and shower. Three further bedrooms consisting of a king-size room with shared family bath and shower room, one double bedroom with a private roll top bath along the corridor and one single room with a shared bathroom.
  
• For relaxation: The tranquillity of Ivy Grange is sure to unwind the stresses away with ease.Stroll the grounds or relax with a good book from the Study in the calm of the window seat with panoramic views to the countryside.
• For recreation: Set up camp by the generous outdoor pool in the summer months or dig out the racquets for a game of tennis doubles before afternoon tea on the lawn.
• Practicalities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave,towels changed daily, parking for up to 6 cars.

Outside

The meticulously maintained grounds sweep down towards the rolling hills beyond. Established trees offer welcome shade in the summer as you pull up a comfy chair. The outdoor pool is set just beyond the house and is heated from May through until September with lovely seating and sunbathing area surround, with a south facing patio terrace with 3 tables seating up to 14 The full sized hard tennis court is protected with high fencing and set just away from the house. The garden springs to life with colourful border framing the formal lawn.

Food and Wine

• DIY: Ivy Grange is taken on a self catered basis. The Kitchen has a large range consisting of a double fan assisted oven, French four gas ring cooker, 2 electric hot plates and further to this is one non fan assisted oven.
• In-house cuisine: Excellent chefs can be recommended for you upon request, choose to dine formally in the grand dining room or enjoy the evening al fresco with a BBQ.Staff accommodation is available
• Eating out: From traditional country fare to exquisite fine dining, there is an array of restaurants and pubs in the area. For fine dining, there is Restaurant Tristan (01403 255688) and Gravetye Manor (01342 810567) both approximately 20 minutes drive from the house. Local pubs include the Wheatsheaf which is roughly 15 minutes drive and the Royal Oak which is around a 10 minute drive.

In addition, Hickstead is 10 miles away and hosts the British Jumping Derby, the Royal International Horse Show and the Pony Club Championships

• A golfers haven with 2 excellent courses nearby
